If you are shopping for children Jersey Gardens is so much better choice wise and prize wise. Overall the bargains are better in Jersey Gardens. Its a 12 mins journey vs an hour journey to Woodbury. Jersey Gardens is all indoors , Woodbury Common is all outdoors. On the whole I preferred Jersey Gardens. The bargains, promotion and even selection on sizes was better.

Jersey is quieter too, no queues. Staff are nicer. We had one single friend with us who had no children and she felt Tommy hilfiger in Woodbury had more choice. However Tommy in Woodbury is much more expensive. I asked the staff why the difference in price and she told me that they had more footfall and didn't need to reduce down the price!! I actually regretted paying the money to go to Woodbury this time.

I did enjoy the disney outlet shop and got great deals there but the disney outlet shop is now in Jersey Gardens. Actually alot of the shops were far better in Jersey.

Overall i really think Woodbury compared to previous years is not offering the same value. In woodbury alot of the items had no discount on it. Four of us travelled and out of the four only one would return to Woodbury.

For the past 6 years we ve arranged a shopping trip every second year and this was our third time at Woodbury and Jersey.. On all three occasions we got saturated in Woodbury. Jersey Gardens is for more pleasureable to shop. Food court is far better. Journey is shorter. On this occasion we went back out to Jersey Gardens the day after woodbury and got the items we had missed far cheaper than woodbury. Enjoy your trip! Phil C. Thank you for this review. We love these stores too. It was truly tne night from hell and I will never,never go to Woodbury Commons on black friday ever again!!! First of all, the hype about the incredible deals is not true!! You do get some somewhat good deals but nothing worth spending 3 hours in traffic, then having to have a bus shuffle you to the mall because parking is overflowing and then once you get there, having to wait 1 hour in each store just to get inside while waiting in the rainy freezing cold, and then once you do get in the store, having to wait another 1 just to pay.

If the deals were better and a huge difference from regular price then I would say it might be worth it, but the prices are not much different than any other day.

I felt scammed, was cold, and exhausted! Got home at 6 a. Long Island beat and depleted!! Sooooo not worth it!! Trust me, don't ever do it!!! Stay home in your nice comfy bed. You can find good deals throughout the month of December, sometimes even better deals!

And you can find even better deals on the internet. Trust me, I'm a savy shopper and I never pay full price for anything so I know. I sure will. Learned my lesson the hard way. To us, Woodbury Common was a waste of time and money. I wish we hadn't bothered. It takes a good hour and 15 mins to get there. It was nice enough to see but certainly not worth the hype. Wouldn't recommend it.
