Why does my tomtom keep turning off

Device keeps switching off. Thread starter Frankie Start date Jan 8, Hello there, my TomTom device keeps turning off, then on, then off. I managed to get my route direction set up in between. It remains on for 20 or so seconds before turning off again, then comes back again by itself. When it is on there is a spinning wheel permanently spinning on the right side of the screen.

I have checked and installed the latest updates. I have done a navigation reset. I have done a software restore. Is it dying? Thank you for your help. Last edited: Jan 8, Arno Moderator.
